Do you know this symbol from Eesti labakindad

hopefully one of you will know this.   There is a knitted cuff on page 173 and it has a black square with a white square to the right.  It has what I think off as a 1x1 right cable cross bracket. Is this just a regular cable or is it k1tbl of 2nd stitch, k first stitch regular and the take both stitches off the left needle?  It describes it as vikkel braid to the right.   The cuff is in one color as far as I can tell.  Thanks for your help
